Hi, I’m Daniel
I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and online fitness coach, specialising in strength, fat loss and golf fitness.
I work with men and women over 35 from all backgrounds and experience levels - from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers - helping them build stronger, healthier bodies that feel good to live in.
My coaching approach is built on structure, education and consistency. I don’t believe in extremes, quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I focus on strength-based training, realistic nutrition and long-term habits that fit around real life.
Alongside general fitness coaching, I’m also TPI Level 1 & Level 2 certified in golf fitness, allowing me to support golfers with targeted strength, mobility and movement training to help them move better, perform better and reduce the risk of injury.
