Hi, I’m Daniel
I have trained people from all different walks of life; new mums, bodybuilders, stroke victims, pro athletes, dementia patients, celebrities and more!
My fitness journey began when I was 16 years old and overweight. I realised I needed to make a change, so I decided to sign up to a gym and start a fitness programme - and this is where I fell in love with training and all the elements surrounding it, such as; nutrition and mindset.
After having transformed the way I looked, I decided that I wanted to help other individuals similar to me and so this led to me becoming a personal trainer and launching Daniel Long Fitness.
